Waiting for an order can sometimes feel stressful. Here’s how to know if your order is still on track, or if you should take action:

What are the usual delivery timelines?

Use the Estimated Delivery Date shown on the Order Details / Shipping Info page to see when your order should arrive. Delivery timeframes depend on whether it’s local or overseas, your logistics partner, and whether the order has been picked up. These timeframes exclude weekends, public holidays, and the logistics partner’s non-working days.

How to check the Estimated Delivery Date in the Order Details Page?

Step 1: Go to the Me Page

Step 2: Select To Receive under My Purchases

Step 3: Select your order

Step 4: View the Estimated Delivery Date in the order status section

How to check the Estimated Delivery Date on the Shipping Information Page?

Step 1: Go to the Me Page

Step 2: Select To Receive under My Purchases

Step 3: Click on the Shipping Status section on your order

Step 4: View the Estimated Delivery Date on the shipping information page
