You can top up your ShopeePay balance with the following payment methods:
To top up your ShopeePay balance, select ShopeePay balance on the homepage > Top Up > select your preferred payment option > complete payment.

Your ShopeePay balance will reflect the top-up amount immediately after payment is verified. You can contact us via the channels at the bottom of the page if you don’t see your topped-up balance reflected within 1 day.
If you encounter problems with topping up your ShopeePay balance, it is likely that a payment issue has occurred. Kindly contact us via the channels at the bottom of the page with the Transaction ID. You can find it by selecting the failed Top up transaction under Last Transactions > COPY.

Set up auto top-up to ensure that you’ll always have sufficient funds in your ShopeePay account.
For Shopee App:
Select ShopeePay balance on the Shopee App homepage > Me > Settings ⚙> Auto Top Up Settings > set value for When Balance Falls Below > set value for Top Up Amount > Payment Method> select credit/debit card > Confirm> SAVE > Toggle On Auto Top Up

For ShopeePay App:
Open ShopeePay App > Me > Auto Top Up Settings >set value for When Balance Falls Below > set value for Top Up Amount > Payment Method> select credit/debit card > Confirm> SAVE > Toggle On Auto Top Up

Wallet limits
You can top up your wallet up to your assigned limit based on your wallet tier. The wallet limits for Basic, Premium, and Premium+ users are RM2,999, RM4,999, and RM30,000, respectively.
Note: If you find that the credit card payment method is greyed out, please proceed with an alternative payment method first, or contact Shopee Customer Service to check on the issue.
