[ShopeeFood] Why can't I access ShopeeFood?

Do ensure that you are using the latest version of our Shopee App.

You may refer to the following troubleshooting steps you can attempt should you encounter any technical issues to use the ShopeeFood function. 

 

Basic Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Clear cache on your Shopee App. To clear your cache, tap on Me > Settings > Clear Cache
  2. Clear all items in your shopping cart
  3. Close the Shopee app and re-open it again.
