What you’ll need for a successful refund
To make sure your request is processed smoothly, please prepare the following:
Choose the correct refund reason (e.g., “Incomplete Order” or “Wrong Item Delivered”).
Upload clear photos of the item (avoid blurry pictures).
Include other evidence that supports your claim (such as delivery notes, packaging, etc.).
Add remarks for any missing items (e.g., specify the missing item name from your order and the quantity).
Provide extra details if needed (e.g., chat conversations with the rider or screenshots of proof).
