[ShopeeFood] What to do If you haven’t received your ShopeeFood order?

Here are some steps you can do if your order is remarked as completed but you have yet to receive anything: 

 

  1. Reach out to your assigned delivery partner via chat or call to check on the delivery location.
  2. Check for the proof of delivery image that your assigned delivery partner might have sent you via chat.
  3. Verify with the office building receptionist (for office addresses), guardhouse, or neighbor if they have received the order on your behalf.
  4. If you are unavailable to receive your order, unreachable, or uncontactable, our delivery partners are instructed to wait 10 minutes for your response. If you are still uncontactable after the designated waiting time, our delivery partners will dispose of the food and mark the order status as 'Delivered.'

💡 Tips to avoid having this issue

  • Please make sure that you have accurately pinned your location on the app's map during your ShopeeFood order checkout. 
  • Provide specific landmarks (if necessary) for delivery partner reference.
  • Stay accessible on the phone number that you provided in your order details once your order is out for delivery.

Should we find that the delivery partner violated our rules, appropriate action will be taken to address their behavior.
