[New to Shopee] Can I change my payment method?

You can change your payment method anytime before the payment is successfully marked as 'Paid' in the Shopee app.
Steps to Change Your Payment Method:
- Go to the Me tab.
- Select To Pay.
- Choose the relevant order.
- Tap Change Payment.
- Select your preferred payment method.
For the Cash Payment at Convenience Store option, you can change your payment location to a different convenience store, such as from 7-Eleven to KK Mart.
⚠️Note: Ensure you complete your payment by the due date listed on the My Purchases page.
If your order is not found on the To Pay page, it means your payment has already been processed with the previously selected method.
