[Order Cancellation] Why was my order automatically cancelled by Shopee?

Shopee will automatically cancel your orders if:

 

  • You did not complete payment within the specified time limit after placing your order.
  • The seller did not adhere to the shipping deadline set for their product.
  • The seller has been inactive for more than 7 days.
  • Item has been damaged / lost in transit/

 

Sellers are required to ship out orders within their Days to Ship (DTS) period, excluding weekends and public holidays. A ready stock order must be shipped out within 1 day from the paid date. Products that are pre-ordered must be fulfilled within 7-30 days to fall within the DTS estimations. 

 

To check your order’s shipping deadline, go to To Ship under My Purchases via the Me tab on Shopee App > Check the ship-by date under your order.

Once your order has been cancelled, the payment will be released back to you based on the payment method you used previously.

 

  1. If the payment was made using Online Banking / ShopeePay / Maybank2u / Cash Payment at Retail Stores, Shopee will refund the payment into your ShopeePay immediately.
  2. If you made payment using your credit / debit card, the refund will only reflect back in your card within 3-5 working days by standard operating procedure from the banks.
