[Order Tracking] How can I track my order status and parcel delivery?

Dear Users, we understand that you may be experiencing some delivery delays for your orders at the moment. This is due to the recent flooding events in affected areas. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your kind understanding.

We know how important it is to stay updated on your order. Here’s everything you need in one place:

🔍 Track Your Order Status

Go to Me > My Purchases.
Orders are grouped by: To Pay, To Ship, To Receive, Completed, Cancelled, Return/Refund.

Tap Shipment Status to see detailed delivery updates.

⚠️ For Shopee Supported Logistics (SSL), tracking numbers are available in-app. For Non-SSL orders, contact the seller directly via Shopee Chat.

⏰ Delivery Scheduling & Attempts

Specific delivery date/time cannot be scheduled.
Please be available at your delivery address around the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD).
Couriers usually attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt:
(a) Non SPX order: The parcel will be returned to the seller.
(b) SPX order: You may request a re-delivery attempt via our Shopee Chatbot (if applicable).

To request for re-delivery, follow these steps:

Step 1: Via Shopee app, go to “Me” page
Step 2: Scroll down and click on “Chat with Shopee”
Step 3: Type “Re-delivery” in the chat box
Step 4: Select your order to proceed

Step 5: Once you have selected your order, please proceed to "Confirm" your redelivery request

💡 Tips for smooth delivery:

Provide a complete and accurate address.
Keep your phone number updated so couriers can contact you.
For Cash on Delivery (COD), prepare the exact payment amount.
