An administrative fee of RM 60 (per person, per flight) will be charged by Airpaz for any rescheduling of a confirmed booking.

Can I change my ticket details (Passenger name)?
Changes to the passenger(s)’ details on the eTicket is subject to the policies and approval of the airline. As such, please ensure that all passenger(s)’ details are accurate before proceeding to finalize your booking.

A non-refundable administrative fee shall be charged by Airpaz for any cancellation and the airline may also charge an additional cancellation fee, which in some cases may be 100% of the booking.
In the event your cancellation and refund request is accepted by the applicable airline, Airpaz will issue you a refund in the amount as determined by the applicable airline at its sole discretion, in the form of a digital voucher via email that you can apply for your next purchase on Airpaz website on www.airpaz.com only.
The Refund Voucher will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance and for one single use only. Any remaining balance in the Refund Voucher after usage shall not be refunded to you in any way.
Please note that if you have used a voucher or coins, the amount will not be returned or refunded.
How long would it take to process my refund request?
Processing time for refund requests will be between 45-180 days from the date of such refund request’s submission by you, subject to the policies of the applicable airlines.

What happens if my flight is rescheduled by the airline?
If the airline reschedules your confirmed flight for a duration less than two (2) hours before or after your original scheduled departure time, you will not be allowed to request for a refund or reschedule in flight timing.

Can I cancel or reschedule my flight after check-in?
