1) Launch Shopee app & tap on 'Prepaid, Tickets & Bills' > Flight

2) Select your Destination, Flight dates, Number of Passengers for the booking.

Note: 

i) Destination (Departure & Arrival)

1. You may type in the search bar or scroll through the popular cities or airports. 

ii) Dates (Departure & Return)

1. You may select your departure dates within 365 days from today's date.
2. Toggle 'Round-trip' button to select return date.
3. You may select your return dates within 180 days from departure date.

iii) Number of Passenger(s)

1. You may select the number of adults, children and infants respectively. 
2. Infants must be at least 6 weeks old to board the flight and must either sit on an adult's lap or occupy an infant seat. 
3. Maximum of 6 passengers per order.
4. Must have at least 1 adult, to add child passenger.
5. Must have at least 1 adult for every infant passenger.

3) Choose your departure flight and return flight (if applicable) according to your preference. 

Use the 'Sort By', 'Best Price', 'Filter', or 'Direct Only' function to ease your search process.

You may sort the available hotel options by: 

1. Lowest Price First 
2. Highest Price First
3. Departure Time
4. Arrival Time
5. Flight Duration

Select 'Best Price' to show lowest price first. 

Filter your options based on your preferred:

1. Transit
2. Departure Time
3. Arrival Time
4. Airlines
5. Transit Airports

Select 'Direct Only' to only show direct flights. 

4) Tap on 'Details' of preferred flight to expand and review the flight details.

You may review flight details:

1. Flight Duration
2. Airline and Flight Number 
3. Departure & Arrival Location
4. Departure & Arrival Time

You may review facility details:

1. Baggage Information
2. In-Flight Meal
3. In-Flight Entertainment

You may review fare details:

1. Ticket fare and tax charges 
2. Reschedule Policy 
3. Refund Policy 

[Important] To read and understand the flight reschedule and refund policies before continuing to checkout as every flight policy would vary

5) Fill in Contact Details and Passenger Details

i) Contact Details: Fill in the email address where you can easily access to retrieve the booking confirmation.

ii) Passenger Details: Passenger details must be accurate as per passport of passenger travelling on the flight.

[Important] Contact details and passenger details has to be filled to proceed for checkout 

6) Baggage details will appear after filling passenger details

i) You may view if the ticket fare includes free baggage weight and options to add more weight if required.

Can I add extra baggage for my flight?

During fill in details, you are able to purchase additional baggage under the passenger details section

7) Click 'Checkout' and confirm accurate details provided to proceed to the checkout page.

[Important] Booking details will not be able to be changed once you proceed to checkout page

8) On the Checkout page, you may pay the flight booking using ShopeePay or other payment methods to complete the order.

Payment Method available are

i) ShopeePay

ii) Credit / Debit Card

iii) Online Banking

iv) Credit Card Installment (Available for bookings that are more than RM500.00 only)

[Important] The flight price will be held for 100 minutes. Kindly checkout in time to avoid any dissappointment

9) Upon successful payment, click 'View Order Details'. On the Order Details page, E-Ticket will be issued within 3 hours.

Booking Details can always be found via: 

i) Shopee App > 'Tickets, Top-Ups & Bills' > Orders > 'To Receive' tab

ii) Find Booking Details in the confirmation email with E-Ticket (PDF) attachment. It is the email address you input in the Contact Details.
