If you are experiencing any problems with your ShopeeFood device, you can contact your salesperson or account manager for further assistance. Please note that if the ShopeeFood device is damaged due to the merchant's negligence, the merchant will be held responsible for any repair costs.

In another scenario, if your device is stolen and you are unable to operate your business, you are entitled to a new device free of charge by providing us with a valid police report and proof that the device has been stolen within 5 days of the incident. Otherwise, there will be a charge of RM650 for the replacement of the new device.
