Once a buyer submits a rating or comment, merchants will not have the ability to remove, delete, hide, or edit it. These ratings and comments will remain publicly visible to all visitors to your ShopeeFood store.
How to check buyer reviews?
How to reply to buyer comments and report inappropriate reviews?
In “Ratings & Review”, you can reply to a customer's review. Click “Reply” and enter your message. After you submit your reply, it will undergo a review process before being displayed in your store. Replies containing inappropriate content will not be approved.
If you encounter an inappropriate rating or comment, you may report it in “Ratings & Reviews” by clicking the “Report” button under the review. A pop-up will appear for confirmation, and the report will be reviewed after submission. You may also report it by contacting ShopeeFood Customer Service here. Please ensure you provide sufficient proof to support your request.
⚠️ Note:
The ShopeeFood Team will review your report and determine whether the rating or comment should be removed based on the submitted evidence. The final decision rests with ShopeeFood upon validation.
