You can view live updates of your orders in two different ways.

ShopeeFood Order Tab

1. Click on the 'Order' tab for the latest live updates.

** You can check the past order by selecting a specific date.

Notification

Aside from the ShopeeFood Order tab, you can also be updated on the order status via notifications.

1.  Click the 'bell button'. It will take you to the 'Notifications page'.

2. Click 'ShopeeFood Updates'. 

3. ShopeeFood live order status is updated on this page. You will be able to view 'New Order Received' and 'Cancelled Order' from here.
