[Shopee Coins] Why didn't I receive my Shopee Coins?

For any orders that apply a Cashback voucher, you will only receive your Shopee Coins once your order has been completed (or once you have clicked on Order Received).

Please note that Shopee Coins can only be earned under the following conditions:

Purchases from Shopee Mall sellers, Preferred+ sellers, Preferred sellers, or regular sellers participating in the Cashback Programme.
Collecting Daily Coins Rewards.
Winning coins through marketing activities or games.
Successfully rating a product after purchase.
Receiving rewards during Shopee Live events.

If you did not receive your Shopee Coins, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

The payment was not made using Shopee Guarantee.
The purchased item falls under the Tickets & Vouchers category.
The order was returned, refunded, or cancelled.
The system detected that the order may have violated Shopee's Terms and Conditions.
The user attempted to claim Daily Coins check-ins from two accounts using the same device, which is considered fraudulent. Each device must be linked to only one account to qualify for Daily Coin check-ins.

Your Shopee Coin wallet balance may show a negative value as shown above due to the following reasons:

Shopee deducts the number of Coins you earned from the purchase for which you submitted a Return/Refund request.

At the time your request was approved, your coin balance may have been insufficient or at 0, resulting in a negative balance.

If your coin wallet balance turns negative, you can earn coins back through purchases, promotions, daily check-ins, or playing video games on the Shopee app.

You may check your Shopee Coins transaction history by following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on My Shopee Coins
Step 3: Click on History
Step 4: View Transaction History

Step 1: Click on See More on the Home Page
Step 2: Select Daily Coins & Vouchers
Step 3: Scroll down on the Coins Reward Page
Step 4: View and Redeem vouchers
