[Digital Products - Hotel] What should I do if I do not receive my Hotel Booking Confirmation email?

In most cases, you will receive your booking confirmation (PDF file) within 30 minutes of the completion of your booking.

If you still haven't received it after that time, you may try the following steps:

i) Search for "booking.id@shopee.com" or the keyword 'Hotel Booking Confirmation' in your junk/spam email.

ii) Resend the email from the Shopee app: Go to My Orders > Find your Hotel Order Details > Resend E-Ticket > Check your email again.
