1) Once you have successfully placed an order for your hotel reservation on Shopee, you will receive a hotel booking confirmation via email.

2) Before your trip, remember to bring your valid ID (IC/Passport) for check-in verification.

3) You can use the booking code from the Order Details page or the Booking Confirmation PDF to check in. Present your Hotel Order Details or Hotel Booking Confirmation at the check-in counter.

• Upon check-in, you will need to present your Identification Card or Passport as per the lead guest's booking details for identity verification.
• Alternatively, you may present the credit card used for payment if applicable. Failure to do so may result in additional payment requests or the cancellation of your reservation, depending on the hotel’s policy.

• All rooms are guaranteed until check-in hours on the day of arrival. In the case of a no-show after these hours, your room(s) will not be held for you. Refer to the Terms and Conditions or your confirmation email for details on the cancellation/no-show policy.

• The total price for this booking does not include mini-bar items, telephone usage, laundry services, etc. You may receive direct billing from the hotel for these additional services used during your stay.

• Some room rates may include breakfast for guests. However, please note that additional charges may apply for extra guests. If applicable, direct billing may be issued by the hotel, depending on their policy.
