[Return Refund] Can I return a damaged item if my order contains multiple items?

Multiple units of the same item in one order

You will need to either receive or reject all of the same items when you request a refund. We suggest clicking on return/refund for all the items and providing relevant evidence for the damaged item claim process.


However, since only one item is damaged, you may adjust the refund amount accordingly in order to reach an agreement with the seller.



Different items in one order

You can choose to return the only specific product that is damaged when you request for a refund. An example can be seen in the image below:



However, if you purchased multiple units of an item but only one unit is damaged, you'll need to request a refund of the whole item.


For example:

  1. An order is placed for 1 x Milo 2kg soft pack and 2 x Nescafe 3in1 Original.
  2. If one of the Nescafe is damaged in transit, you’ll need to request for refund for 2 units instead of one due to system limitations.
