If you refuse to pay for or reject your parcel, the item will be returned to the seller. However, multiple failed payment attempts may lead to you being permanently banned from placing Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in the future.

To avoid suspension of the payment option, we recommend paying for the parcel and then submitting a Return/Refund request (provided your item is eligible for a Return/Refund, as outlined in the following Help Center article: How do I raise a return/refund request?).
