[Shopee Mall Return] What if I don’t return my product within 5 days from the day I raise Return/Refund request?

Shopee will cancel your return/refund request and release payment to the seller if you:

1. Don't select your return options within 2 days:

  • It's crucial to act fast! You only have 2 days to choose your return options after your return/refund request has been approved for a return.


2. Fail to return your parcel within 5 days:

  • Make sure to send back your parcel within 5 days after your return/refund request has been approved. Time is of the essence to ensure your request is processed smoothly.


💡 Tip: If your order is still within the Shopee Guarantee period, you can raise a new request for a refund. For auto-completed orders, it’s best to communicate directly with the seller to resolve your issue.
