After you have successfully purchased any Food & Services Vouchers  from 'Deals, Top-ups & Bills' you will be able to find your order and the codes within the order itself. Do note that you will need to show the code to the relevant store's person in charge to claim and use the voucher. Any accidental 'claim' of said voucher may cause the voucher to be unusable. 

Wondering how do you claim for the voucher you have purchased? Do follow the guide below for a complete understanding on the steps involved to claim such voucher. 

1) Navigate to 'Deals, Top-Ups & Bills' from Shopee Homepage or 'Me' page and then click on 'Orders' on your top right. 

2) You will then be able to find your orders within the 'To Receive' tab where you can click on the name of the order to access the voucher. Approach the cashier at the storefront and swipe to redeem your vouchers.

3) The cashier will scan or validate the Offline Deals codes for your purchases. 

Important note : 

1. Offline Deal that has been redeemed through “Swipe To Redeem” is considered as redeemed and cannot be restored in anyway. Offline Deals purchased from 'Deals, top-ups & bills' are non return / refundable.
2. Please check with the cashier about the applicable Offline Deals terms before Swiping right to redeem Offline Deals on the Shopee app.
