1. Launch Shopee App & tap on "See More" at the homepage. Then on the next page, click "Prepaid, Bills & Tickets" and then choose "Zakat Fitrah".


2. Select your Zakat Institution to pay for your Zakat Fitrah. 3. On the Zakat Fitrah details page, select your preferred Fitrah Rate and input the number of Pax (Self / Dependent ). Reminder: You shall include yourself and your dependents in the number of pax when you're contributing Zakat Fitrah. 

Note: You may also change the Zakat Institution selection on this page by clicking '>'.Click 'Continue' to proceed to 'Fill in Zakat Fitrah Info.

4. On the 'Fill in Zakat Fitrah Info' page, you shall input your valid information - NRIC Number, Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Address. 

Note: If address is stated as 'Optional' for your selected Zakat Institution, you may choose not to fill in. 

5. Tap on Address > Address Selection page. You may select one of the addresses from the list, Edit the current address of Add a new address. 6.  You must read the Niat Zakat Fitrah provided on the 'Fill in Zakat Fitrah Information' page before making a Zakat Fitrah payment.

• Niat Zakat Fitrah (in English): "This is the money amounting to {amount} in replacement of the 'Fitrah Rice' which is obligated upon me/my dependents for this year because of Allah Ta'ala."
• Niat Zakat Fitrah (in Malay): "Inilah wang {jumlah} sebagai menggantikan beras fitrah yang wajib ke atas diri saya/tanggungan saya pada tahun ini kerana Allah Ta'ala."
• Note: You may find a Malay version when you set your Shopee app language to Bahasa Melayu.
  
  

7. Then, click 'Continue' to proceed. Make sure all your Zakat Fitrah details are correct, as you will not be able to change your Zakat Fitrah details once you proceed to checkout. Click 'OK' to proceed. 

8. On the Checkout page, you may pay your Zakat Fitrah using ShopeePay or other payment methods to complete the order. Payment Method available as below: 

• ShopeePay 
• Debit Card
• Online Banking
• Cash Payment at 7-Eleven

9. Upon successful payment, you may check your Zakat portal for an official payment update within 7 working days. Log into your Zakat Portal to check your Zakat payment:

1. Pusat Pungutan Zakat-MAIWP (PPZ)
2. Majlis Agama Islam Dan 'Adat Melayu Perak (MAIPk)
3. Zakat Sabah (MUIS)

Click 'View Order Details' to see your Zakat Fitrah Contribution details. 

10. Click 'Order Received' to download your Zakat Payment Confirmation. 

11. You are allowed to pay your Zakat Fitrah Contributions via Shopee as many times as you want. Under My Orders > Completed tab, click 'Pay Again' to make another Zakat Contribution. 

Can Zakat Fitrah contributions be refunded? 

All Zakat Fitrah contributions are non-refundable on Shopee. Kindly check your Zakat Fitrah details especially your selected Zakat Institutions, Fitrah Rate, Number of Pax and NRIC number before checkout to ensure payment is updated correctly. 

Terms & Conditions on Zakat Fitrah Payment

1. Zakat Fitrah Service on Shopee App is collaborated with Zakat Institutions in Malaysia. 
2. All Zakat Fitrah payments will be processed according to your selected Zakat Institution. 
3. You are responsible to ensure your personal details provided during the payment process are true and correct. You acknowledge and agree that your personal details provided will be shared with the selected Zakat Institutions as part of the Zakat Fitrah Payment Service, which among others, include the issuance of official receipt to you, if applicable.  
4. The Zakat Fitrah payment confirmation on Shopee is not an official receipt or tax exempted receipt from the Zakat Institutions. The respective Zakat Institutions will issue such official receipts to you, or you may retrieve from the respective Zakat Institution portal, depending on respective Zakat Institution's policy. Please contact your respective Zakat Institutions, should you have any questions. 
5. There will be no refund from Shopee once Zakat Fitrah payment(s) is made.
6. You will not earn Shopee Coins for the amount paid for Zakat Fitrah and you are not allowed to use a voucher to offset the Zakat Fitrah payment amount.
7. Shopee reserves the right to vary, delete or add any of the terms and conditions of this Terms & Conditions at any time at Shopee's absolute discretion without prior notice.
