Follow these simple steps to chat with our live agents:

  1. Open the Shopee App
    Launch your Shopee app and tap on the 'Me' icon at the bottom right.

  2. Access the Chat Option
    Scroll down and click on 'Chat with Shopee'. 🗨️

  3. Type "Live Agent"
    In the chat bar, type "Live agent" to initiate the process.

  4.  Click on "Chat with Agent"
    Tap the "Chat with Agent" button to proceed. 

  5. Select Your Role
    Choose whether you're a Buyer, Seller, or ShopeeFood User.

  6. Choose Your Topic
    Select the topic or issue you need help with. The app will connect you with a Shopee Customer Service agent who can assist you.
