You can try the following steps:

 

i) Search for "booking.id@shopee.com" or the keywords "Bus Booking Confirmation" in your junk or spam folder.

 

 

 

ii) Resend the email from the Shopee app. Go to your bus Order Details under My Orders > Resend E-Ticket, then check your email again.

 

 

The email should be sent to you within one day of your purchase. If you still do not receive the email after following the steps above, please contact Shopee Customer Service via the channels below.
