Can I change the date and time for my bus ticket?|
No. All bus tickets sold are NOT refundable or non-reschedulable in any circumstances. Hence, please make sure all details entered are accurate before checkout.
Can I give the bus ticket to my friend?
No. You cannot change the passenger’s details after a booking is completed.
Can I get a refund for cancellations, if I want to cancel my bus ticket?
No. Once you have checked out the bus tickets, Shopee will not process any ticket cancellation or refund.
Easybook will then verify the refund request only on a case by case basis. If the refund request is approved, Easybook will process your refund request via online banking.
Can I get a refund if the bus is late?
Unfortunately, there is no refund for bus turn up late due to unpredictable traffic conditions. You are advised to get the latest bus departure time update from the pick-up point if there is any delay.
Can I get a refund if my bus schedule is cancelled by the bus operator?
No. Shopee will not process any ticket cancellation or refund once the bus ticket is sold.
However, you may contact Easybook for a refund request. It is subject to Easybook’s approval on each refund request. Easybook will verify the refund request with bus operators on a case by case basis. If the refund request is approved, Easybook will process your refund request via online banking.

What is the bus luggage allowance?
Maximum 15kg (60cm x 20cm x 55cm) as a general guideline. You should always refer to your Bus Order Summary.
Additional charges might imply on the spot if it is exceeded the luggage allowance depending on bus operator policy.You may put your luggage at the luggage compartment below the bus or above your seat. It is your responsibility to ensure that your luggage is loaded onto the bus that you are boarding.

Refund and Reschedule Policy
- Once the ticket is purchased by you, no cancellation or refund is allowed.
- In the event there are any changes or cancellations after a booking is made, Easybook shall at its own discretion contact you on the available options to you including, without limitation, reschedule your booking or refund the amount paid to you on a method to be advised by Easybook.
- Easybook is solely liable for the sales of all tickets on our Platform and Shopee is not liable in any way whatsoever for any loss incurred by you as a result of any changes to your booking.
- Easybook shall contact you shall there be any changes to your bookings or the bus schedule using the contact details provided to you. As such, please ensure your contact number and email address are correct.

- Please note that by purchasing the tickets on Shopee platform, you have given your irrevocable acceptance of and consent to the terms of this Terms and Conditions and all other policies available on Shopee platform including, without limitation, Shopee and Shopeepay Privacy Policy (“Shopee Policies”). All captioned terms used here not defined shall have the same meaning as defined in Shopee Policies.
General Terms
- Please ensure that the correct name and ID number is keyed in during the purchase of the tickets on our Platform as the passenger is required to present a valid ID (IC/ or Passport of the passenger) and the Order Summary at the ticket redeem counter (location to be advised by Easybook or Shopee) to exchange for a physical ticket. The Order Summary will be sent to the Buyer via an email from Shopee. The email will be sent to you within 1 day from the date of purchase and please contact Shopee Customer Service if you did not receive the email.
- Upon ID validation at the counter, a physical ticket will be issued to the passenger to board the bus. In the event there’s no ticket counter available, you may use the Order Summary for boarding.
- No refund will be entertained for lost ticket, lateness or deny entry to the destination country.
- Each passenger is allowed to carry luggage with weight not exceeding 20kg. The bus operator is not liable for any loss or damage to luggage.
- Possession of prohibited and restricted items aboard is strictly prohibited and the bus operator reserves its right to carriage of such baggage.
- Passenger is obliged to comply with the bus operator’s arrangement in the event of the bus breakdown, which may cause delay in departure/arrival or change in seating arrangement. Please note that, unless otherwise agreed by the bus operator, no refund or any claims for losses will be entertained by the bus operator, Easybook or Shopee.
- Please ensure you have filled up the embarkation cards before the custom clearance (if applicable). Kindly approach the bus captain(s) if you need a copy of the card.
- If you are travelling between two countries, the bus will only wait for a maximum of 20 minutes at the immigration checkpoint. The bus operator, Easybook and Shopee are not liable if you missed the bus at the immigration checkpoint. While you may inform the bus driver that you need more time, please note that the bus operator is not obligated to wait for you.
- Shopee and Easybook are not liable for maintaining the quality of buses, staff behaviour, and punctuality.
- Shopee and Easybook are not liable for action or omission of the passenger, e.g. waiting at the wrong departure point. Please call the bus operator to find out the exact departure location if you have doubts.
- Shopee and Easybook are not liable for any change of departure point and/or providing a pickup service to transport passengers to the new departure point set by the bus operator.
- In the event of a delay or failure in delivering the booking confirmation email and SMS due to technical issues or incorrect email address/phone number provided by passengers, a ticket will be considered 'booked', as long as the order shows up on the booking confirmation page of Shopee. You are encouraged to reach out to Shopee Customer Service if you did not receive any confirmation email within 1 day.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, Easybook reserves the right to amend the order summary and inform passengers by email and/or sms latest by the next working day from the purchased date of the ticket.
