This depends on the boarding procedure set by the bus operator. Please refer to your Bus Order Summary and proceed to the pick-up location as stated.
You may encounter the following scenarios at the pick-up point:
If your pick-up location has a bus counter:
Look for the counter unit number stated in your Bus Order Summary.
Proceed to the counter to exchange your order summary for a boarding pass, or receive the bus plate and platform number.
Show the boarding pass to the bus driver when boarding.
If your pick-up location does not have a bus counter (e.g. taxi stand):
You may show your Bus Order Summary to the bus driver directly. This can be an electronic copy or a printed version.
It is recommended to print out your order summary to avoid any delay during boarding.
Will the bus wait if I arrive late?
No. All buses will depart on time and cannot wait for late passengers. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Does a child need a bus ticket?
Yes. Children aged between 2 to 12 years must have their own seat ticket.
Age is calculated based on birth year, not the exact date of birth.
Example:
Date of birth: 2 Dec 2018
Ticket purchased: 10 Jan 2020
Departure date: 15 Jan 2020
Since the child is considered 2 years old based on the birth year, a ticket is required.
What about children under 2 years old?
Children below 2 years old can board for free. However, a ticket must be purchased if a seat is required for the child.
