Digital Products (Prepaid, Bills & Tickets) refer to products that do not have a physical form, such as e-vouchers and prepaid mobile data.

There are various categories, for example: 

• E-Voucher (e.g. food, drinks, desserts, services, etc)
• Mobile Reloads
• Postpaid
• Shopee Gift Card

 📲 Where to Find Digital Products: 

On Shopee App:
Go to the "Me" page, then tap on Prepaid, Bills & Tickets to browse available Digital Products. 

On ShopeePay App:
Tap View All, then scroll down to the Prepaid & Bills section. 



⚠️ Note

• Pay attention to the terms and conditions and validity period stated on the product detail page of Digital Products before you place an order.
• Digital Products cannot be exchanged or combined with other promotions.
• Digital Products that are not used within the redemption period will be forfeited and not be refunded.
• If the final amount payable is less than the nominal value of a Digital Product, the remaining value will be forfeited and cannot be returned.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any redemption codes belonging to Digital Products. Shopee will not be liable for any losses due to user negligence.
