Once you have purchased your E-Ticket, you will be able to find the ticket from your order detail page or in the email confirmation sent to you as shown below.
To use the E-Ticket, you will need to:
1) At KL Sentral / KLIA / KLIA2, look for the KLIA Ekspres ticket counter. The gates are beside the ticket counters.
2) Scan your E-Ticket at the counter to pass through the gate and enter the boarding platform.
Do note that in the event if you accidentally purchased the ticket with a wrong destination, you can change your ticket destination without modifying the purchased tickets. The KLIA Ekspres ticket sector (KL Sentral – KLIA or KLIA2 and vice versa) is interchangeable as the point-to-point fare is the same. All you need to do is to get off at your desired destination.
However, all unused and expired KLIA Ekspres Ticket will not be refunded / replaced. Please do proceed to purchase a new ticket for your travel.
All KLIA Ekspres Tickets will be valid starting from the day of your purchase until the last day of the following month.
Example 1:
Day of purchase: 12th Jan 2020
Validity: Until 29th Feb 2020
Example 2:
Day of purchase: 30th Jan 2020
Validity: Until 29th Feb 2020
