[Food & Services Vouchers] Why is my order marked as Completed if I have not redeemed my vouchers?

If your voucher shows as Completed, don’t worry. This happens because all Food & Services Vouchers are automatically marked as Completed after 48 hours.
However, this does not affect the voucher’s validity. You can still use your vouchers as long as:

- You have not swiped Swipe To Redeem before reaching the merchant.
- The vouchers have not expired.
