[New to Shopee] Why can't I place my order during checkout?

1. Your account may be limited

Shopee may limit accounts if there are concerns about violations of our terms and conditions. This could prevent you from placing an order.

2. No available shipping options

Orders can’t be placed if shipping options are unavailable for your location or items.
Solution: Double-check the delivery address or ensure the product can be shipped to your area.

3. Payment method failed

If your chosen payment method doesn’t work, the order can’t go through.
Solution:

  • Confirm that your payment details are correct.
  • Try another payment method, such as ShopeePay, credit/debit card, or cash on delivery.

4. Different shipping options for multiple products

When items in your cart have different shipping options, you might need to check them out separately.
Solution: Split the items into multiple orders based on their shipping options.


5. Exceed courier weight or size limits

Logistics providers have specific limits for order weight and dimensions. Bulky or heavy items may exceed these limits.
Solution: Adjust your cart by removing some items or splitting them into smaller orders.

6. Exceed product limit

You can check out up to 40 different products per order, and sellers might limit the quantity you can buy for certain items.
