You can send images and videos via Chat by selecting Gallery or Camera in your chat with a seller or contact. This can be helpful when you wish to show the status of your orders or inquire about a similar product.

To send an image or video saved to your phone, select the relevant chat recipient > + > Gallery > select image/video > Next > Send.

To capture an image or video with your phone,  select the relevant chat recipient > + > Camera > select Photo or Video > capture image/video > Send.

⚠️Note

• Videos sent via Chat are limited to a maximum file size of 30MB.
• Video duration must be between 1 to 180 seconds (3 minutes).
• When selecting from the Gallery, a maximum of 9 files (image or video) can be sent.
