Dispute Resolution Centre is a feature that lets you open a discussion with sellers for orders that you wish to return/refund.

To use it, select ‘View Offer’ via your order’s Return/Refund Details page.

At Dispute Resolution Centre, you can:

• Exchange messages with the seller
• Accept Proposal or Counter with a suitable refund amount or solution

⚠️ Note: If a dispute is raised by the seller during negotiation, Shopee will investigate the case and come to a fair resolution after reviewing the evidence submitted by both buyer and seller. To learn how Shopee handles disputes for returns/refunds, click here.
