1. There will be no hidden cost, only MDR and super deals charges.

4) Will the super deals campaign roll-on automatically once I sign up?

1. ShopeeFood has different packages each month. Merchants will need to sign up respectively to join the campaign.

5) How many vouchers can a user stack up in one order?

1. Users can stack two vouchers in an order - A food voucher and a delivery voucher.

6) How many vouchers can the same user use within the same day in my store?

1. Each voucher mechanic has different validity and provides different quantities. As a user, after claiming vouchers, users have the option to use these vouchers across all participating merchants.

7) If merchants have self-promotions, can users still use the super deals voucher?

1. Yes, users can use the voucher once the order is above the minimum spend.

8) What is the visibility level of my store after joining the super deals campaign?

1. Users will be able to see stores based on their location. ShopeeFood provides additional exposure such as banners, social media, EDM, super deals collection, and campaign microsite to increase store visibility.

9) Can I adjust the menu price after joining the super deals campaign?

1. This is not encouraged, as the price will not be as attractive and result in a lower conversion rate.

10) Can I opt out of the super deals campaign?

1. Merchants are allowed to opt out in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Kindly reach out to CS for more info.

11) How can ShopeeFood guarantee my sales after joining the super deals campaign?

1. Shopee will provide additional exposure on the platform such as Collection, Banners, Microsite, EDM, or Social Media Postings.

12) How can merchants boost sales except by joining the super deals campaign?

1. Merchants can join other promotions such as Shocking Sale, and Price Slash to boost sales.
