Reasons why a user can’t make payment:

 

Selected payment method failed

 

If your selected payment method does not work, your order will not be placed successfully. You may try using another payment method available to make the purchase.

Expired TAC

 

Request a new TAC within a few minutes to avoid using an expired one. If you do not receive the TAC, please contact your bank for further assistance.
