Balance that is classified as "transferable balance" can be transferred to other ShopeePay users, bank accounts, or through DuitNow transfer. Balances that fall under the category of "non-transferable balance" cannot be transferred to other ShopeePay users, bank accounts, or through DuitNow transfers.

Only the balance that falls under the transferable balance in your ShopeePay wallet can be used to repay your loans. If any amount in your ShopeePay wallet falls into your non-transferable balance, it cannot be used to repay your loans.
