1. Why can't I get my insurance policy/takaful certificate?
You should receive the e-policy / e-certificate via email from the insurer/takaful operator within 24 hours from purchase/participation. If you have not received the e-policy/e-certificate, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
(a) Your motorcycle is rejected by JPJ; or
(b) The insurer/takaful operator and/or JPJ services are under maintenance.

2. How do I receive my policy/certificate documents after I renew my motorcycle insurance/takaful?
Once you have successfully purchased/participated the motorcycle insurance/takaful, you will receive the e-policy / e-certificate document via email from the insurer/takaful operator within 24 hours from the date of successful purchase/participation.
3. How do I get assistance during an emergency or an accident?
In the event of an accident, please follow the below steps:
(a) Call the insurer/takaful operator Roadside Assistance, refer here for contact details.
(b) Insurer/takaful operator will advise you on which panel workshop/approved repairer to go to and provide car towing assistance if required.
(c) Gather evidence of the accident, such as
(d) Lodge a police report within 24 hours of the accident.
4. How do I make endorsements, cancellations, and changes to my insurance policy/takaful certificate once I have purchased/participated via the Shopee platform?
