[Return Refund] How do I return my item(s) using Shopee Free Return with SPX Express?

🔔 Announcement:

 

  • Commencing on the 19th of February 2024, SPX Return Drop Off is available across West Malaysia whereas SPX Return Pick Up is available in Klang Valley, Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu, Perlis, Kedah, Penang, Perak, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan and Johor from the 20th of May 2024 onwards

  • Drop Off SPX Express (Free Returns) for items weighing 30kg and below with zero shipping cost
  • Pick Up SPX Express (Free Returns) for items weighing 20kg and below with zero shipping cost
 
⚠️ Note:
 
  • SPX Express Pickup may be unavailable for some sellers who offer Virtual Goods or Bulky products as these items are ineligible for returns through this channel. 

 

SPX Express allows you to drop off your parcel at the closest hub or have the courier pick up the parcel from your doorstep. For your reference, you may view the list of drop-off point locations to see the hubs closest to you.

Here's how to enjoy Free Returns with SPX Express:

 

SPX Free Return Drop Off

 

1. Raise a request using our app 📱

Step 1: Go to the Me tab

Step 2: Click on To Receive

Step 3: Select the order you wish to request for a Return/Refund

Step 4: Click on the Return/Refund button 

Step 5: Choose your Reason for a Return/Refund 

Step 6: Fill out the Description Section

Step 7: Click on Submit

Step 8: Select Drop Off

Step 9: Choose SPX Express (Free Return)

Step 10: Click on Confirm

Step 11: Show the generated Barcode at the logistics centre

 

2. Pack the product 📦

 

Pack the product in its original packaging before you drop it off at the logistics centre. This includes a carton box (if any) or additional packaging to protect the product.

 

Alternatively, you can purchase packaging at SPX drop off points for a fee.

 

3. Hand over the parcel 📄

 

Proceed to drop off the return parcel at the nearest SPX drop-off point before the cut-off date.

 

Show the generated Barcode to the Drop-off point personnel and they will assist you to print out the return airway bill (AWB).

SPX service staff will assist you in attaching the physical return AWB to the return parcel.

 

SPX Free Return Pick Up

Step 1: Select Pick Up instead of Drop Off

Step 2: Select your preferred Pick Up Date and Time

Step 3: Click on Confirm

Step 4: Print the Return Label

 

2. Pack the product 📦

Pack the product in its original packaging which includes a carton box (if any) or additional packaging to protect the product and attach the Return Airway Bill (AWB) to the parcel.

3. Await Pick Up 📄

Ensure the parcel is ready for pick up on the selected date and time. Simply hand over the parcel to the courier personnel when they arrive at your destination address.

 

⚠️ Note:

 

  • You must return the item(s) to the seller within the specified time
  • Please ensure you select the return option within 2 days and visit the designated branch within 3 days 
  • Once the return parcel reaches the seller, they will assess the item(s) condition 
  • The seller will decide to accept or reject the returned parcel 
  • If a dispute arises, our Shopee Dispute team will mediate 
  • The refund is processed immediately if your request is approved, subject to the refund time frame of your payment method 
  • All the involved parties (buyer, seller, dispute agent) can track the parcel on the app
