[ShopeeFood Merchant] How do I apply for a ShopeeFood menu/content change?

Please kindly fill in this FORM and follow the instructions stated in order to apply for the menu/content change for the following areas:

  1. Outlet Images (Outlet Card / Outlet Banner)
  2. Menu Items (Name, Description, Price, etc.)
  3. Menu Item Images

 

Note: Before filling in the form, please make sure that you have complied with ShopeeFood policies and guidelines which can be viewed on the Help Center:

  4. ShopeeFood's Menu and Content Guidelines

 

The following are general provisions for menu/content changes:

 

  1. ShopeeFood has the right to verify and review your submitted menu/content change to be displayed on the platform.
  2. Based on the results of the review, ShopeeFood can approve or reject your submission.
  3. If your application is approved, you will be able to see the menu/content changes in up to 5 working days of your submission. 
  4. If your application did not meet the requirements you will receive an email to inform you of the status of your submission.
