If you have forgotten your ShopeePay PIN or would like to change your existing ShopeePay PIN, here are the steps to reset or change it. 

1. Reset ShopeePay PIN (Premium Account):

Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on ShopeePay
Step 3: Click on the settings icon
Step 4: Select PIN & Biometrics
Step 5: Click on Forgot ShopeePay PIN
Step 6: Enter ShopeePay PIN with keypad will pop up. Click on the ‘Forgot ShopeePay PIN?’ to continue
Step 7: Click on “Forgot ShopeePay PIN” on the ShopeePay PIN Disabled page to proceed
Step 8: Proceed to click on the “Forgot ShopeePay PIN” on the account locked page
Step 9: Perform the facial verification as instructed on the page
Step 10: If verification matches the records in the database, users can proceed to create their new ShopeePay PIN
Step 11: Re-enter the same PIN to confirm creation of PIN
Step 12: You will be redirected to a liveness check to confirm identity
Step 13:  If verification matches, the new PIN will successfully be updated

 2. Reset ShopeePay PIN (Basic Account):


Step 1: Go to the Me tab 
Step 2: Click on ShopeePay
Step 3: Click on the settings icon
Step 4: Select PIN & Biometrics
Step 5: Click on Forgot ShopeePay PIN
Step 6: Enter ShopeePay PIN with keypad will pop up. Click on the ‘Forgot ShopeePay PIN?’ to continue
Step 7: Click on “Forgot ShopeePay PIN” on the ShopeePay PIN Disabled page to proceed
Step 8: Proceed to click on the “Forgot ShopeePay PIN” on the account locked page
Step 9: Enter the ID number registered with ShopeePay
Step 10: If verification matches the records in the database, users can proceed to create their new ShopeePay PIN
Step 11: Re-enter the same PIN to confirm creation of PIN
Step 12: You will be sent an OTP to phone number linked to ShopeePay
Step 13: If the OTP entered is correct, the new PIN will successfully be updated

 


3. Change ShopeePay PIN (Premium Account)

Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on ShopeePay
Step 3: Click on the settings icon
Step 4: Select PIN & Biometrics
Step 5: Click on Change ShopeePay PIN
Step 6: Enter existing ShopeePay PIN
Step 7: Proceed to create new PIN
Step 8: Re-enter the same PIN to confirm creation of PIN
Step 9: You will be redirected to a liveness check to confirm identity
Step 10: If verification matches, the new PIN will successfully be updated 


4. Change ShopeePay PIN (Basic Account):

Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on ShopeePay
Step 3: Click on the settings icon
Step 4: Select PIN & Biometrics
Step 5: Click on Change ShopeePay PIN
Step 6: Enter existing ShopeePay PIN
Step 7: Proceed to create new PIN
Step 8: Re-enter the same PIN to confirm creation of PIN
Step 9: You will be sent an OTP to phone number linked to ShopeePay 
Step 10: If the OTP entered is correct, the new PIN will successfully be updated 


⚠️Note

• You’ll not be able to change your ShopeePay PIN if you have taken any of these actions within the last 24 hours:

• Entering the wrong ShopeePay PIN more than 8 times 
• Using a new device to log in to your Shopee account
• Adding a new phone number or bank card

• In addition, if we observe suspicious activity with your account, you’ll also be unable to change your ShopeePay PIN for security purposes.
