  1. Did not receive email with settlement report
  2. Accept different payment amounts
  3. Did not receive settlement in the given time frame. For more information regarding the settlement time frame, please refer to HERE.

 

Please report to us immediately via chat and attach along with the details below:

  • Merchant Name
  • Registered email
  • Proof of settlement report and proof of the difference in amount received

 

Note: If there is any delay on payment credit or system delays, you will be notified by Shopee
