If you have prepared the food and clicked on ‘Mark as Ready’, but the delivery partner has not arrived at the restaurant, you may try to call the delivery partner. 

Do take note, all delivery partners are to click on ‘I am at Restaurant’ once they arrive. In case the delivery partner failed to arrive at your location within 15 minutes after they accepted the order and are not contactable from your end, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via the options below for further assistance.
