Change of store-address/ latitude & longitude location. Update your store's physical location. |
Change of store-name/ brand-name Modify your store's name or brand. |
Change of store email-address Update your store's contact email. |
Change of store phone number Update your store's contact details. |
Change of SST status. Adjust your Sales and Services Tax (SST) status. |
Change of halal-status. Update your Halal certification status. |
Change of Bank-Account Details/ Store Settlement Email. Modify your bank account information or settlement email. |
Change of Business Ownership ( SSM ). Update ownership information based on SSM. |

- ShopeeFood has the rights to verify and review the Materials that you have submitted to be displayed on the platform.
- Based on the results of the review, ShopeeFood team can approve or reject your submission if it does not meet the Terms & Conditions.
- If your application is approved, you can see changes to the field requested in 5 working days of the request.
- If your application did not meet the requirements for our team to proceed with making the changes, ShopeeFood Team will contact you through the email to update you on the reason for a rejection or if further information and proof/documentation are required.
