ShopeeFood Menu & Content Policy

General Policy

ShopeeFood has the rights to verify and review the items submitted by Merchants to be displayed on the platform.

Based on the review, ShopeeFood will decide whether or not to display any of the items onto the platform.
Items that are not allowed to be sold on ShopeeFood include food & beverages that are unusual / non-consumable by the public based on Shopee’s considerations and policies.
In addition to the sale of food & beverages, Merchants are allowed to sell items that are intended as eating & drinking aids as well as shopping bags (as an effort to reduce the use of plastic bags). These items are also subjected to review to determine eligibility for display on the platform.

List of permissible non-food items, include, but are not limited to:
