You can edit a rating or review once within 30 days of leaving the initial rating.

To edit your rating or review, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Select My Purchases via the Me tab on the Shopee App

Step 2: Select the relevant order 

Step 3: Select View Rating

Step 4: Click on Edit 

Step 5: Make the edits and click on Submit.
