[Shopee Partner] How to issue a refund?

1) Select the outlet you wish to perform a refund on, then go to the ShopeePay tab on the bottom left. 


2) Find the transactions that the user wishes to perform refund on. 


3) The user can double check the transaction & reference ID in order to avoid refunding the wrong transaction. 




4) If the store hasn't previously set up the store PIN, the system will prompt to set up the PIN. Please contact the PIC handling the Admin account to set up the store PIN.


5) If the store has already set up their store PIN, you may key in the store PIN accordingly.


6) The system will show the refund successful once the correct PIN has been keyed in. 





7) In the main page of the ShopeePay tab, you will be able to find the refund transaction. 


8) You will also be able to view the fund transaction in the Dashboard for better monitoring and tracking. 


Note: Admin accounts can initiate refunds for all outlets, whereas staff accounts can only initiate refunds for their own outlet.
