1. Why can't I get my insurance policy/takaful policy/certificate?
You should receive the e-policy/e-certificate via email from the insurer/takaful operator within 24 hours from purchase/participation. If you have not received the e-policy/e-certificate, it could be due one of the following reasons:
(a) Your car is rejected by JPJ; or
(b) The insurer/takaful operator and/or JPJ services are in maintenance.

2. How do I receive my policy/certificate after I renew my car insurance/takaful?
Once you have successfully renewed your car insurance or takaful, you will receive the e-policy or e-certificate document via email from the insurer or takaful operator within 24 hours of the successful renewal.
3. How do I get assistance during an emergency or an accident?
In the event of an accident, please follow these steps:
(a) Call the insurer or takaful operator's Roadside Assistance. Refer here for contact details.
(b) The insurer or takaful operator will advise you on which panel workshop or approved repairer to go to and provide car towing assistance if required.
(d) Lodge a police report within 24 hours of the accident.
