Before cancelling your order, you may want to view "Can I cancel my order?" to find out if your order is eligible for cancellation.
1. Click on "Me" and "To Pay / To Ship". Find your order and click on the name of the order.
2. After that, click on "Cancel Order" to initiate a cancellation request.
Effective 25 September 2024, If cancellation is done after shipment is arranged but before the parcel is handed over to the logistics partner:
Instant cancellation: Buyers can instantly cancel orders as long as the order is shipped via Shopee Supported Logistics and does not fall under certain exclusions below:
Pre-order listings
Fresh or frozen food products
Custom-made items
Digital products
Orders with Same-Day Delivery
Seller approval required: If the order involves any of the excluded items above or is shipped via non-Shopee Supported Logistics, the cancellation will require seller approval. Any cancellation request not responded by seller within 1 day will be auto accepted and refunded to the buyer.
