[Order Tracking] How do I check the status of my order?

Understanding the status of your order
| To Pay | Orders awaiting payment |
| To Ship | Orders awaiting shipment from sellers |
| To Receive | Shipped orders that are en route |
| Completed | Successfully delivered orders |
| Cancelled | Cancelled orders |
| Return/Refund | Returned or refunded orders |
Checking the status of your order
You can track your orders by going to the 'My Purchases' section under the 'Me' tab in the Shopee App. Your orders are organised based on their current status:
Tracking Your Order's Delivery Status
When your order is marked as 'To Ship' or 'To Receive', you can access detailed shipping updates and closely track its delivery progress.
⚠️ Note
- Orders shipped by Shopee Supported Logistics (SSL) will have tracking numbers and can be tracked easily via the Shopee App.
- If your order has no tracking number, you may contact the seller directly to check your order’s delivery status.
