[ShopeePay] How do I pay with ShopeePay?

Online Transactions 
 
To pay with ShopeePay, select ShopeePay during your checkout:

Step 1: Click on Payment Option at the checkout page
Step 2: Select ShopeePay
Step 3: Click on CONFIRM
Step 4: Click on Place Order
Step 5: Enter your ShopeePay PIN

 

If you haven't activated your ShopeePay account, select Activate Now on the Payment Method page. You’ll be guided through the steps to set up your ShopeePay account. 

 

Instead of using ShopeePay PIN, you can also verify your identity via other verification methods. 

 

Once complete, the payment will be automatically confirmed, and the seller will be notified to ship your order.

 

⚠️Note:

 

  • You cannot make partial payments with ShopeePay
  • If your payment takes a long time to process, restart the Shopee App and check the payment status on your ShopeePay page. If it has failed, try to pay again by following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on To Pay
Step 3: Click on Pay Now
 
Contact Shopee Customer Service if you face other issues with your ShopeePay payment.

 

Offline Transactions 
 
When you’re purchasing at brick-and-mortar stores, look out for merchants that support ShopeePay.

To pay with ShopeePay at participating offline merchants, you can do so by scanning and paying from your ShopeePay page.
