[ShopeePay] How do I unlock my ShopeePay account?

When will my ShopeePay account be locked?
a. If you enter the wrong PIN 5 times within 30 minutes, your ShopeePay account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, you can try again to enter your PIN.
b. If you enter the wrong PIN 8 consecutive times, your ShopeePay account will be permanently locked/disabled.
For a permanent lock, you will need to contact Customer Service to unlock your account.
What do I need to unlock my account?
If your account is permanently locked, please prepare the following details before contacting Customer Service. This helps us process your request faster and avoid unnecessary rejections.
Registered email address
You can check this at: Me > ⚙ Settings > Account & Security > Email
If you need to update your email: [My Account] How do I add/edit my email address?
Full name (as registered with ShopeePay)
Must match the name on your Identification Card (IC) or Passport.
Registered IC or Passport number to the Shopee Account
This should be the number registered with your Shopee account.
Front copy of your IC or Passport
Details such as your full name and ID number must be clear and readable.
Selfie holding your IC or Passport
Both your face and ID must be visible and clear in the photo.
