[Payment] How do I know if my payment is successful?

If your payment has been successfully processed, you should receive a notification via the Shopee App. 

 

Checking Notifications 

 

Step 1: Go to the Notifications tab 

Step 2: Order Updates and look for a notification titled Payment Confirmed

To get notifications automatically, adjust your Notification settings

 

You should receive the notification soon after payment with automatic payment methods. For Payment at convenience stores, the verification process will be instant once payment has been made at the convenience store. The checkout will expire within 2 days if no payment is made by the buyer at 7E or KK Mart.

 

⚠️ Note: 

 

  • In some cases, payments may be deducted but the order remains in the 'To Pay' tab due to delays or high transaction volumes. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Service team via the channels at the bottom of the page.
